Our apiary is located in the north of the island on the Bull Bay coastline. Our bees forage on Bursaria spinosa (Prickly Box) that hug the coastline, and Eucalyptus globulous (Blue Gum) that tower amongst the windswept wildflowers. This jar is a true reflection of the unique terrior of Bruny Island.
